Donald E. Gall Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 29, 2023, at the age of 92, Donald E. Gall (Quincy, Illinois), born in New Boston, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Gall and Genola Gall (Adams); his wife JoAnn Ruth Massingill; his daughter-in-law Janet Gall; and his brothers, Jerry Gall and Dean Gall.
He is survived by: his children, Rikki Welsh (Debbi) of Anderson, CA, Vicki Timmerwilke (Marty) of Omaha, NE, Danny Welsh of Ft. Worth, TX and Mark Gall of Quincy; and his brother-in-law Kent Massingill (Karla). He is also survived by nine grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Illinois Veterans Home Activities Fund.
