He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald M. Werner and Marilyn Woltering Wagner; his son Joshua Werner; and his grandson Blake. He is survived by: his wife Debra Triplett; his son Jared Werner (Megan) of Hopkinsville, KY; his grandchildren, Oakley and Mason Werner; and his siblings, Kitty Altgilbers (Ron), Nancy Hall (Chuck), Carol Eggly and Rich Wagner (Amy). He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
