Dorothea Mae Bowman Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on August 15, 2025, at the age of 99, Dorothea Mae Bowman of Quincy, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar George and Bernice Boll (Seward); her spouse Walter'Bud'Bowman; her son-in-law Chuck Lish; her siblings, Bonnie Anderson (Howard), Geraldine Morrall and James'Jimmy'Fletcher; and her brother-in-law Jack Martin.
She is survived by: her children, Diana Cooley, Debbie Lish, Kathy Wiemelt (Mike) and Scott Bowman (Freda); her sister Georgina Martin; and her sister-in-law Lilly Fletcher. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren.
