She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Arnold and Elsie Marie Willison Brinkman; her husband Jesus McColez; her children, Daniel "Luke" McColez and Carol Willis; her granddaughter Kasandra Mixer; her great grandchild Ava Rose Florence; and her siblings, Richard Brinkman and Barbara Wade.

She is survived by: her children, David Mixer (Kay) of Cedar Park, TX, Ronald Mixer (Kay) of Lewistown, MO, Lucinda Brown of Springfield, IL, John Mixer (Terrie) of Georgia, Cheryl Snead (Rick) of Florida, Joseph Mixer (Cindy) of Springfield, IL, Patrick McColez (Christy) of Quincy, James McColez of Quincy, Paul Christoper McColez (Retha) of Quincy and Felicia McColez of Quincy; and her siblings, Carlene Cane of Quincy, Marilyn Meyer (Joseph) of Quincy and Larry Brinkman (Barbara) of Minnesota. She is also survived by 28 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren.
