She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Phillips and Pollie Phillips (Cossey); her husband Eugene DeVerger; her son Allen DeVerger; and her sisters, Syble Ridenour, Aldena Prayor and Hannah Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Webster and Cliff DeVerger; her daughter-in-law Patsy of Quincy; her grandchildren, Chad DeVerger (Shana), Jessica Webster, David Webster, Clifford DeVerger (Peggy), Mike DeVerger, Steven DeVerger and Michelle DeVerger; and her siblings, Vernon Phillips and June Fuller (Grady Numerous). She is also survived by Numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Due to the COVID-19 epidemic, private family services are being held.
