She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Edward Blacketer and Lula Blacketer (Hardy); her husband Gerald Lloyd Garner; and her siblings, William, Lucy, Marjorie and Eugene.
She is survived by: her daughter Cheryl Brown (Larry Sr.) of Hannibal, MO; her sister Delores Blacketer of Quincy, IL; and her grandchildren, Larry Brown Jr. (Barbara) of Sebastian, FL and Marla Ryan (Jack) of Hannibal, MO. She is also survived by five great grandchildren; 15 great great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
