He is survived by: his wife Marlene Graham; his children, Jeffrey Collins of Quincy, IL and Dana Phillips (Bill) of Coatsburg, IL; his grandchildren, Chevy Myers (Eric), Luke Collins, LeeAnn Bickhaus (Zach), Sara Phillips and Cassie Phillips; his great grandchildren, Jared, Reece (Sean), Mason, Lincoln and Maverick; his great great grandchildren, Dawson, Opal and Beau; his siblings, Bill Collins and Maude Meyer of Oquawka, IL.; and his siblings-in-law, Bonnie and Brainard Passley.
