She was predeceased by: her husband Leon A. Bailey, Sr.; her parents, Ethel Mills and Robert Wright; her siblings, Louise Anderson and Harrison Wright; her niece Beverly S. Meek; and her great-niece Janet L. Hawkins.
She is survived by: her children, Leon A. Bailey, Jr. (Toni), Janet L. Bailey (Raymond), Donna K. Alexander (Jeffrey), Toni K. Bailey, Robert C. Bailey (Cheryl), John R. Bailey (Pamela) and Daniel G. Bailey (Tisha). She is also survived by 28 GRANDCHILDREN, 66 GREAT-GRANDCHILDREN and 12 GREAT-GREAT GRANDCHILDREN.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Duker & Haugh Funeral Home (823 Broadway St, Quincy, IL 62301). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cathedral of Worship (215 N 25th St, Quincy, IL 62301).
