He was predeceased by: his parents, William B. Koch and Gladys L. Koch (Hinchee); and his brothers, Paul Koch (Eileen), Marvin Koch (Doris) and Nolan Koch (J'Net).
He is survived by: his wife Joyce D. Dessecker; his children, David G. Koch of Ferndale, MI, Todd A. Koch of Quincy, IL, Steven P. Koch (Carol) of St. Albans, VT and Gail S. Trivett (Glen) of Madison Heights, MI; and his grandchildren, Matthew Koch, Benjamin Koch, Daniel Koch, Lydia Koch, Anna Koch, Sarah Koch, Zachary Parker, Sammantha Parker, Hannah Parker, Marissa Trivett and Courtney Trivett. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
