He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Tenhouse and Grace Thompson Tenhouse; his daughter Donna Rae Tenhouse Grim; his siblings, Mildred Leslie and Robert A. Tenhouse; and his siblings-in-law, Bonnie Tenhouse, Eleanor Erke, Richard Austin, Bob Erke and William Leslie.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Erke; his son Alan Tenhouse (Connie); his granddaughter Amy Tenhouse (Marc Nguyen) of Arlington, VA.; his great grandchild Jenson; his grandchildren, Trisha Rettke (Rick) and Quincy; his great grandchildren, Lainee, Reese and Luke; his grandson Ross Tenhouse (Mandy) of Fowler, IL; his great grandchild Maylee; his close friend Swank of Carthage, IL.; and his sister-in-law Naomi Austin.
