She was predeceased by: her parents, William Thomas and June Raye Kelly (Paden); and her sisters, Vicki, Christine and Becky.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kelly Wortman (Orville White) of Quincy and Michelle K. Wortman of Quincy; her grandchildren, Kyra White, Elizabeth Harrison, Caleb Harrison and Noah Crane; her sisters, Theresa Fisher (Steve) of Columbia, MO and Andrea Snellen (Andrew) of Moore, OK; and her daughter Amanda McCormick. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
