He is survived by: his parents, Herbert Lester and Ruthie Pearl Smith Foster of Quincy, IL; his children, Dustin Foster (Kathryn) of Quincy, IL, Brandon Gholston of Quincy, IL, Dakota Foster of Topeka, KS, Shelby Broome (Travis Taute) of Quincy, IL, Amber Foster (Cody Phillips) of Jacksonville, IL and Emily Foster of Arizona; his brothers, Jim Foster (Sandy), Donnie Foster (Cindy) and Jeff Foster (Debbie); and his siblings-in-law, Marty Beck and Jennifer Unmisig. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
