He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore "Ted" Duffy and Leora Susan Duffy (Akers); his son David; and his brother Herbert. He is survived by: his wife Thelma Jean Jackson of Quincy; his children, Michael Duffy (Kathleen) of Pardeeville, Alan Duffy (Im Suk) of Gig Harbor, Washington and Deborah King (Roger) of Mendon, Illinois; his grandchildren, Joshua, Julie, Jeffrey, Bethanne of Kevin, T. J., Matthew, Alyssa, Jackson and Tyler; his great grandchildren, Jameson, Grace, Louise, Elliott, Elijah, Zander and Izzy; and his daughter-in-law Denise Duffy of Kenosha, Wisconsin..
