He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur J. Brenner and June Boudreau Brenner; his brother R. Kent Brenner; his son-in-law Bret Bigley; and his sister-in-law Marla Brenner.
He is survived by: his spouse Jean Viehmeyer; his daughters, Jill G. Bigley (Chuck) of Ursa, IL and Joy K. Hanks (Terry) of Quincy, IL; his grandchildren, James Rummenie (Katie) and Lidia Makins (Chad); his siblings, Phil Brenner of Loudon, TN, Neal Brenner (Wendy) of Omaha, NE and Carol Sharpe of Iowa; and his sister-in-law Lavonne Brenner of Quincy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
