He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Hawkins and Virginia Clapper Hawkins; his daughter Nicole Hawkins; and his stepdaughter Crystal Gramke. He is survived by: his wife Linda Maples Gramke; his stepdaughter Lori Arrowsmith; and his grandchildren, Jessica Gist, Brooke Niekamp, Blake Hunter and Tyler Arrowsmith. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
