He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Dale and Ann Turner (Gehring). He is survived by: his children, Jayma, Harlyn and Epic Turner; his siblings, Crystal Stoltz (David) and Nicholas P. Turner; and his nephews, Jeremiah M., Isaac and Ayden Burkett.
