James M. Vasen Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James M. Vasen of Quincy, Illinois, who passed away on January 21, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Spencer Vasen and Edythe Vasen (Benore); and his sister Sandy Wiebring. He is survived by: his wife Georgia Lierly; his children, Terri Morris (Kenneth) of Quincy and Greg Viar (Deborah) of Quincy; his grandchildren, Heaven (Thomas), Brandon (Annie), Heather, Meagan (Walter) and Jordan; and his great grandchildren, Eleanor, Charlotte, Mackenzie, Bridgette, Madeline, Joelle, Jakob, Sean and Lillie. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.
Memorials may be made to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital or to the Elks Club #100.
