He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Henry and Lucille Martin (Byxbe); his wife Anita Cermak (Nicholson); and his son James Kevin Martin. He is survived by: his pets, Tucker and Tiffany; his sons, Allan J. Cermak (Kathy) of Hannibal, MO and Brian E. Cermak of Corrigan, TX.; and his grandchildren, Jacob Martin, Charissa Martin, Amber Schumacher (Matthew), Ashley Cermak, Michael Cermak (Danielle), Alexander Cermak, Alexis Cermak, David Hayes II, Madison Cermak, Alyssa Cermak and Ian Cermak. He is also survived by great grandchildren, along with numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
