We are sad to announce that on June 6, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Janet Oeltjen of Quincy, Illinois, born in East Saint Louis, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Virgil Oeltjen; her siblings, Jackie Skaar, James and Kenneth Greenlee; and her father Elmer R. (Ruth L.).
She is survived by: her daughter Leanne Hausdorf (George); her stepchildren, Sheila Nolan (Chad) and Brian Oeltjen (Jill); her grandsons, Andrew Hausdorf (Summer), Geordan Hausdorf (Madison), Braedyn Hausdorf (Brandie), Hunter Oeltjen, Zane Oeltjen, Mitchell Nolan (Paytin) and Logan Mueth (Kassie); her great grandchildren, Sutton Mueth and Ila Hausdorf; and her brothers, Jerald Greenlee (Dorothy) and Gary Greenlee (Annette). She is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Renner Funeral Home - Freeburg (206 S Richland St, Freeburg, IL 62243). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the George Renner & Sons Funeral Home (206 S Richland St, Freeburg, IL 62243).
