It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Janie C. Whitney (Quincy, Illinois), who passed away on February 21, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by : her husband Carson Gaylord Whitney of Quincy, IL; and her parents, Willis Humphrey and Moleta Echternkamp of Quincy, IL. She is survived by : her daughters, Christine Manis (Jack), Deborah Runk (Mike), Carla Kaelber (Dave) and Nichole Whitney-Stinnett; her grandchildren, Todd Reese (Stacie), Tim Reese (Tenya), Laura St. Clair (Aaron), Tiffany Reese (Candi), Cason Muehring, Brady Whitney (Nancy), Cali Stinnett, Damien Stinnett (Courtney), Zach Runk, Sarah Lyman, Shawnee Tillotson and Jack Kaelber; and her brother Patrick Humphrey (Vicki). She is also survived by her great grandchildren (28) as well as her extended family to include numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins, her acquaintances, friends, family, and daughters.
