He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay T. Rowsey Sr. and Mary Ruth Rowsey (Applegate); his sister Judith Lavin; his son Kyle Bryant; and his grandson Steven Caskey.
He is survived by: his children, Ginger Ewing, Kristy Schultze and Jonathan Bigley; his grandchildren, Courtney (Cory), Corey (Taylor), Johnnie (Maddie), Michael (Sarah), Ashley, Alec (Jordan), Justin "Spider", Adriaunna, Kiersten, Kierra, Dawson (Aieryonna), Noah, Devon, Alex, Gage and Brendan; his great grandchildren, Braylin, Gracie, Zayne, Bryson, Jameson, Remington, Weston, Colt, Phoenix, Ledger, Gunner, Emily, Kolton, Zachary and Jaiden; his nephew Tim Lavin (Carrie); his great-nephew John Lavin; his niece Nancy Ferguson (Kenneth); and his cousins, D. A. Weibring (Kristi), Ladonna Edgecomb and Bobby Moore. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
