She was predeceased by: her parents, D. R. Watkins and Myrtle Watkins (Oberdahlhoff); and her brothers, Jack Watkins and Bill Watkins. She is survived by: her husband Phillip D. Cobb; her children, Brooke Cobb, Phillip D. Cobb Jr. and Cory C. Cobb; her grandchildren, Jasmine, Jax, Brittni, Breana, Phillip III, Braylinn, Kayley and Karley; her great grandchildren, Amari and Adilynn; and her sisters, Judy Veihl (Mike) and Jann Harris (Lee).
