It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan P. Tieken of Quincy, Illinois, who passed away on May 2, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Heinecke and Reva Heinecke (Coleman); her daughter Lori Groves; her granddaughter Kylie Townsend; and her brother Bill Heinecke.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Tieken (Wanaree), Gary Tieken, David Tieken, Jill Spoonmore (Craig) and Julie Townsend (Bruce); and her grandchildren, Devin Tieken, Raina Opsahl (Erik), Tina Rigsbey (Jeremy), David Tieken, Ashley Tieken, Ricky Masterson, Robert Cunningham and Lacey Ross (Sterling). She is also survived by Nineteen great-grandchildren, five great-great grandchildren, and other relatives.
