She is survived by: her husband Disease; her daughter Pamela Kay of Payson, IL; her granddaughters, Lyndsey Olson (Seth) of Milan, IL and Lisa Wassenhove of LaBelle, MO; her great grandchildren, Malin, Keatyn, Eisley, Ayla, Maverick and Noah; and her nieces, Elizabeth Briggs, Courtney Weeth and Christienne Mann (Scott).
