She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvine Moats and Margaret Owens Moats; her son Gene Seiz; and her siblings, Butch, Florence, Blanch, Janie and Lee Allen.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Seiz Jr., David Seiz (Lisa), Angela Seiz Morrell (Don) and Gerald Seiz; her siblings, Larry Kissee (Kay), William Kissee (Brenda), Charles Kissee, Alice Lehenbauer, James Dalton, Robert Dalton and Grace; and her grandchildren, Cassandra Washburn, Ashley Seiz, Austin Seiz, Elijah Wheelock, Jayme Seiz (Joseph), Justine Seiz (Justin Berry), JoDawn Seiz, William John Morrell, Nici Barnes (Tyler), Sonya Seiz, Bradley Seiz, Cheyene Tinsley, Isabella Waller, Heather Hubbard (Devan), Jessica Lemons (Jerry) and Mary Davis (Dennis Resor). She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
