He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Stark and Reba Stark (Dawson); and his siblings, Christine Bangert and Leslie Smith. He is survived by: his siblings, Don Stark (Vickie) of Dixon, MO, Marsha Stark of Kansas City, Butch Stark of Lake, Roger Stark (Val) of Quincy, Teresa Bowman (Ty) of Quincy and Dale Smith (Monika) of Quincy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Duker & Haugh Funeral Home (823 Broadway St, Quincy, IL 62301). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Greenmount Cemetery (1701 S 12th St, Quincy, IL 62301).
Memorials are suggested to the Activities Fund at Briarwood.
