Keiper; his children, Tom Sutcliffe (Cathy) of Springfield, IL and Jean Weiss (Greg) of Glen Carbon, IL; and his grandchildren, Caitlin Sutcliffe of Madison, WI, Kellen Weiss (Megan) of Edwardsville, IL and Kavanaugh Weiss of Saybrook, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
