She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold DeVore and Marie Schultz DeVore; her husband Robert E "Bob" Clelland; her son Randal L Hoover; and the father of her child Gilbert L Hoover.
She is survived by: her daughter Holly Hoover Coates; her grandchildren, Reigne of New Braunfels and Cash Coates of New Braunfels; and her sister Judith DeVore of Quincy.
