Karen Sue Steinkamp Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 10, 2025, at the age of 63, Karen Sue Steinkamp of Quincy, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Karen farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Karen is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lawrence "Larry" Steinkamp and Virigina Steinkamp (Liesen); her son Brian Olson; and her siblings, David Steinkamp, Kevin, Eva, Paul and Jacob.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Duker & Haugh Funeral Home (823 Broadway St, Quincy, IL 62301). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
