He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Fleer and Dorothy Schelp Fleer; his son Andrew M. Fleer; and his brother-in-law Dale Burwinkel. He is survived by: his wife Deborah L. Bliven; his sons, Christopher K. Fleer (Brenda) of Quincy and Brandon W. Fleer (Beverly) of Liberty, IL; his grandchildren, Kennady (Nolan Fleer), Alexis (Lane Fleer), J. B. Sohn of Maywood, MO and Jade Sohn of Liberty, IL; and his sisters, Cindy Burwinkel of Moscow Mills, MO and Lucille Kuhn (Wayne) of Mendon, IL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
