With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kenneth Wells of Quincy, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 16, 2025 at the age of 69. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kenneth Wells to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth L. Wells and Dorothy Foglesong (Goodwin); his wife Patricia "Pat" Wells; his stepfather Olin Foglesong; and his sister Patricia "Patty" Pratt.
He is survived by: his children, Stacy Fischer (Eric) of Quincy, IL, Jason Wells of Quincy, IL and Derek Wells (Hilary) of Quincy, IL; his grandchildren, Austin Fischer (Kameron), Abigail Lair (Andrew), Arianna Fischer, Noah Wells and Carter Wells; his great grandchildren, Ivy Fischer and Sage Fischer; and his siblings, David Wells (Doris), Larry Wells, Gary Foglesong and Brenda Friedhoff (John). He is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the O'Donnell-Cookson Life Celebration Home (1435 State St, Quincy, IL 62301). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to O'Donnell-Cookson to help the family with final expenses.
