He was predeceased by : his parents, Merlyn Paul and Dorothy Ann Witt Slack; and his aunt Marian Witt. He is survived by : his brother David Slack of Seminole, FL; and his niece Erica Dorothy Ann Maddox (Jacob) of Seminole, FL..
