We are sad to announce that, on August 31, 2023, at the age of 62, Kevin H. Payne of Quincy, Illinois, born in Moline, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Margaret, Albert Payne and Anna Adcox. He is survived by: his siblings, Becky Payne of Quincy, IL and Matthew Payne (Maggie) of Appleton, WI; his aunt Betty Klingele (Dan) of Quincy; his nephews, Andrew Anderson, Nicholas Payne and Jared Payne; and his niece Gillian Payne.
