He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Thomas and Anita Thomas. He is survived by: his children, Katie Rose (Matt) of Quincy, IL, Torie Leach (Daniel) of Blandinsville, IL and Tyler Thomas (Kelsey) of Blandinsville, IL; his grandchildren, Kaser and Maddie B.; his brother Craig; and his sister-in-law Sharon Thomas. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can instead be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
