He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Tomlinson and Ruth Millis Tomlinson. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Owsley; his children, Tiffany Frese (Tom) of Quincy, Tyler Tomlinson (Jessica) of Quincy and Trey Tomlinson (Brenna) of Quincy; his grandchildren, Camryn, Payden, Ian and Harper Frese; his children, Deci Tomlinson and Eli Tomlinson; and his siblings, Thayer Walker of Roanoke, VA, Candice Cooper (Gael) of Newburgh, IN, Mitchell Tomlinson (Jeanne) of East Lansing, MI and Bruce Tomlinson (Robin) of Fredon, NJ. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
