He was predeceased by: his parents, E. Dale Ehmen and Meveline Heinecke Ehmen; his brother Jim Ehmen; and his siblings-in-law, Charity Ehmen and David White.
He is survived by: his wife Reva Ann Post; his children, Shelly Quinn (Doug) of Woodridge, IL, Brad Ehmen (Karol) of Quincy, Heidi Schlipman (Parker Armbruster) of Quincy and Ryan Ehmen (Lynn) of Springfield, IL; his grandchildren, Hailey, Hayden Quinn, Lauren Mueller (Sam Triplett), Maddi, Ella, Anna Ehmen, Alex, Avery, Alayna Schlipman, Peri Jane Ehmen (Brendan Duffy), Bennett, Rowan and Josie Ehmen; and his sister Pat White of Quincy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
