We bid farewell to Larry Owsley of Quincy, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 15, 2025 at the age of 67. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence "Pee Wee" Owsley and Vera "Lucy" Owsley (Maggart); his siblings, Ronald E. Owsley, Gary Lee Shaffer, Betty Ann Crabbe and Agnes Louise Heckrodt; and his daughters, Amanda and Laci Jo.
He is survived by: his children, Elanda Neese, David Dennison, Candy Jo Hoener (Matt) and Adam Metz; his grandchildren, Jesse, Shady, Stormie, Terriann, Jordan, Hayden, Laela, Aliycia, Bentley, Logan, Ava and Caden; and his siblings, Donald Dean Shaffer, Marty Owsley, David Owsley, Donald Owsley (Ginny), Tony Owsley, Jim Owsley (Marcia), Suzie Burgtorf (Wesley) and Donna Taylor. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
