He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Zanger and Betty Zanger (Venvertloh); his brothers, Donnie and Jim "Squeak" Zanger; his sister-in-law Sally Zanger; and his grandson Easton.
He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Eric Zanger (Kathleen), Jeff Zanger (Shannon), Michelle Wittler (Ron), Jay Zanger and Angie Geiselman (John); his grandchildren, Kevin, Justin, Brian, Nathan, Logan, Addison, Morgan, Djouna, Katia, Andie and Sullivan Zanger; his children, Megan, Lucas, Elizabeth, Samantha Adams, Blake, Landon Wittler, Kennedy, Kate and Brady Geiselman; his great grandchild Tatum Lawrence; his siblings, Bob (Nancy), Ed, Mike (Janice), Mary A. Courty (Clive) and Rose Cherry (Andy); and his sister-in-law Mary Jean Zanger.
Memorials may be made to Quincy Notre Dame Softball, Quincy High School Girls Locker Room, the Knights of Columbus TV Mass for Shut-Ins, Transitions, or St. Francis Catholic School.
