She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Lewis and Eleanora Lewis (Dade); and her siblings, Larry Lewis, Juanita Lewis, Harry Lewis, Alice Bell and Mark Lewis.
She is survived by: her daughter Vonita White of Quincy; her grandchildren, Suatara White of Quincy, Tonai of Quincy and Tanesha Woodson of Quincy; her great grandchildren, Amiir Johnson, Leila White, Amina Johnson, Liam White, Landon White and Zen'daya Schroder; and her brother George Dade of Quincy. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
