He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Harlow and Flossie Belle Ruble Harlow; and his siblings, Carl Harlow, Linda Harlow and Wilma Harlow.
He is survived by: his wife Hilda Harlow; and his children, Becky Harlow of Jacksonville, Ray Harlow (Doris) of Alton, W. Jean Robertson (Gary) of Quincy, Willie Harlow (Sandy) of Bethalto, Earl Harlow (Rosemary) of Norris City and Russ Harlow of Winter Haven, FL. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Burbridge Cemetery or to the IL Veteran's Home activity fund.
