She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Hunziker and Ruth Hunziker (Bash); her husband George L. Harris; her son Garry Harris; and her siblings, Mertice, Janice and Melvin.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Barnes (Pat) of Palmyra, MO and Michael Harris (Nancy) of Pawnee, IL; her grandchildren, Brandon Reese (Kim), Jordon Harris (Kristin), Sarah Davis (Jason), Jason Bockenfeld (Kailin), Stefanie Bockenfeld (Tristan), Garry Harris (Jonica), Adam Raymond, Kayla Raymond and Chad Poe; her great grandchildren, Connor, Braxton, Brynley, Braylynn, Stevie, Carrie, Garrett, Evelyn, Brady, Chad Jr., Chase, Jacob, Lydia, Zakary and Hannah; and her sister-in-law Marydot Hunziker.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the O'Donnell-Cookson Life Celebration Home (1435 State St, Quincy, IL 62301). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Illinois Veteran's Home Activity Fund.
