She was predeceased by: her parents, Hamil "Hugh" Elam and Hilda Elam (Rakers); her siblings, Gertrude Watts (Ed), Louis Elam (Ann), Helen Dickson (Don), Wilbur Elam and Estella Rothermich (Ray); and her sister-in-law Madalon Elam.
She is survived by: her husband Don; her children, Julie Ann Gergen (Bill) of Coeur d'Alene, ID and Jeff Henderson of Lewistown, MO.; her grandchildren, Michael Gergen, John Gergen, Mara Gergen and Sara Gergen; her brother Phil Elam of Quincy; and her close friend Ruth Wand of Quincy.
Memorials are suggested to St. Francis Church.
