We are sad to announce that on April 30, 2025, at the age of 103, Monalee Kiefer of Quincy, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Rooney and Lucille Rooney (Bybee); her husband George Elmo Kiefer; her brother Robert Rooney; her children, James Kiefer and Lucy Kiefer; and her children-in-law, Karen Kiefer, Barb Kiefer and Jerry Brandt.

She is survived by: her children, Linda Brandt of La Grange, MO, Steve Kiefer of Quincy, IL and Donna Williams of Camp Point, IL; and her grandchildren, Bobby Kiefer (Tracy), Robin Carlson (Lance), Julie Martin (Donnie), Jeff Kiefer (Beth), Scott Brandt, Todd Brandt, Tami Brandt, Joanna Jackson (Chad), Michael Kiefer (Kim), Sara Bowman (Tim), Chris Kiefer (Kayla), Jake Williams (Nicky) and Joey Williams (Amber).
