She was predeceased by: her parents, Asa Harbourn and Florence Harbourn (Haynes); her siblings, Ruth Bates, Orlie "Buck" Harbourn, Orville "Buddy" Harbourn, Lydia Schmidt, Asael Dryden, Thomas Edward Harbourn, Fredrick DeWitt Harbourn, Jessie Poage, Howard Harbourn, John Harbourn and David Harbourn; and her friend Edith Spadafore.

She is survived by: her pets, Tippy, Suzi, Beau and Lucy; her children, Frank L. Garner (Brenda), Linda Garner (John Strieker) and LouAnn Smith (James); her grandchildren, Matthew Garner (Lisa), Nicci Garner, Jamie Terstegge (Molly) and Robert Strieker (Christine); and her great grandchildren, Kailey, Jaydon, Gavin, Cecelia, Mason, Savannah and Bobby. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
