He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul L. Dean and Ruth A. Koch Dean; his son Steven Ray Dean; and his aunt Mabel Rosenkoetter. He is survived by: his wife Patsy R. Phillips; his daughters, Sherry Winczewski of Cape Coral, FL and Stephanie Brueggeman (Robert) of Quincy; his grandchildren, Chris Brueggeman (Sabrina Wollweber) of Forsyth, MO, Michelle Brueggeman of Chicago, Trevor Winczewski of Indiana and Samantha Winczewski (Cody Mitchem) of Cape Coral, FL; his great grandchildren, Holden and Chandler Mitchem; and his sister Loy Dean.
