He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Bower and Florence Bower (Wisman); and his brothers, James Bower and Jack Bower. He is survived by: his children, Laura Bowen, Lynn Coyle (Scott) and Paula Stevens (Brent). He is also survived by Numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
