She was predeceased by : her parents, Mary Louise Young and Eugene Gard; and her brothers, John Carnes and Eugene Gard. She is survived by : her husband Donald E. Mayfield; her children, Deanna Romans (Billy) of Quincy, IL, William Trenter (Amy) of Quincy, IL and Donald "Scott" Mayfield (Heather) of Quincy, IL; her grandchildren, Courtney Liggett (Kyle), Brandon Romans, Ashley Trenter, Emily Trenter, Shelby Trenter, Joey Trenter, Marshall Mayfield, Martin Mayfield and Maddox Mayfield; and her siblings, Jean Steinkamp (Dean) of Quincy, IL, Bob Gard (Sherry) of Palmyra, MO, Patty Hess (Bill) of Palmyra, MO, Terry Conner (Richard) of Palmyra, MO and Mary Ellen Gard of Tucson, AZ. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
