With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peggy Sue Bailey of Quincy, Illinois, born in Litchfield, Illinois, who passed away on January 7, 2023 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Wilfred and Verna Marie Rull Brakenhoff. She is survived by: her husband James D. Bailey; her son Matthew Bailey (Elizabeth) of Quincy; her stepson Tom Bailey (Katie) of Fowler, IL; her grandsons, Jonah, Noah and Jamison Bailey of Quincy; her stepgrandchildren, Olivia and J. D. Bailey of Fowler, IL; her sister Betty Wacker (Lloyd) of Waterloo, IL; and her sister-in-law Jane Stephens (Bill) of Columbia, MO. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
