We are sad to announce that, on January 27, 2023, at the age of 74, Phil Shults of Quincy, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Phil Shults to pay them a last tribute.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eugene Shults and Eva Sutton Shults; his wife Joy Davis; his children, Jenny Kigar (Bill) of Woodville, Christy Wavering (Jay) of Chatham and Joe Shults (Gretchen) of Columbia; his grandchildren, Joe (Noel), Jonathan, Olivia, Justin Kigar, Clara, Lola, Nora Wavering, Jackson, Tyler, Wilson and Maggie Shults; and his sister Phyllis Snodgrass (Rod) of Palmyra. He was also cherished by numerous other family members and friends.
