He was predeceased by: his parents, T. A. Parkhill and Mabel McConnell Parkhill; and his siblings, Mary Elizabeth Parkhill and James Parkhill. He is survived by: his wife Joan Guthrie; his children, Alan Parkhill (Sally) of Quincy, Gary Parkhill of Parker, CO, Dawn Travis (Kevin) of Warsaw, IL, Lisa Tenk (Ted) of Fowler, IL and Julie Curry (Todd) of Liberty, IL; and his grandchildren, Karrie Parkhill, Rebekah Hanneman (Jason), Jenna Parkhill, Jeremy Walker (Amanda), Eric Walker (Cassie), Jessica Holzhauer (Jake), Ted Tenk (Rachael), Ashley Neisen (Brandon), Joshua Tenk (Elizabeth), Jacob Tenk, Dawson Tenk, Jordan Shade (Chase), Austin Curry (Amber), Shelby Field (Bobby), Max Curry and Charlie Curry. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and life long friends and extended family.
